Welcome to Visionary Marketing Agency (VIMA). By accessing our website or engaging our consultancy services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Services Provided

VIMA provides digital marketing, strategic consultancy, and growth auditing services. The specific scope of work for each client will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SoW) or Proposal.

2. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all strategic frameworks, proprietary methodologies, and creative assets developed by VIMA remain the intellectual property of Visionary Marketing Agency until full payment is received. Upon full payment, the client is granted a license to use the deliverables for their intended business purposes.

3. Client Obligations

To ensure the success of our “Growth Roadmaps,” clients must provide timely access to necessary data, accounts, and internal stakeholders. VIMA is not responsible for delays caused by a lack of client cooperation.

4. Payment Terms

Invoices are issued according to the agreed milestone schedule. Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date unless specified otherwise. We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect and keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the consultancy process, including business strategies, financial data, and technical secrets.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for excellence, VIMA does not guarantee specific financial outcomes or search engine rankings. Our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the total amount paid by the client for those specific services.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London.
